With the Participants functionality you can now turn off or add customization to the Signature Confirmation emails.
Whenever a user signs and submits a form they will receive a Signature Confirmation email that can act almost as a receipt of their e-signature.
In the Participants settings you can now go into the custom email notification settings and either toggle the notification on or off, or you can customize the message that is sent:
